When you use the platform, we process the conversations, contacts and content you choose to manage through it, on your behalf and under your instructions.

How we use data
We use personal data to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, process payments, respond to enquiries, send service communications, ensure security and compliance, and improve our products. We do not sell personal data.
For the conversation data you process through the platform, we act as a data processor: you remain the controller, and we process it only to deliver the service to you and on your documented instructions.
