Most messaging platforms make money twice: once on the subscription you pay them, and again on a quiet markup added to every WhatsApp message you send. The only usage-based cost on top of your subscription is the optional AI voice agent, which is metered transparently per connected minute from a prepaid wallet you control. How WhatsApp conversation pricing works
It helps to understand the two layers of cost when you run WhatsApp at scale. The first layer is Meta’s conversation pricing: Meta bills per 24-hour conversation window, at rates that vary by country and by conversation category — marketing, utility, authentication or service. The second layer is the platform subscription you pay Saaro Connect, which covers the inbox, broadcasting, automations, analytics and everything else. Pricing for the AI voice agent
The AI voice agent is the one part of Saaro Connect that is metered, and we have made it as transparent as possible. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of connected minutes; beyond that, you draw from a prepaid wallet at a clear per-minute rate, and you are only ever charged for calls that actually connect. You can set spend caps and alerts so a campaign can never run away with your budget, and every minute is accounted for against the outcomes it produced — confirmed orders, completed reminders, captured feedback.
