These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Saaro Connect’s website and platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Saaro Connect provides a multi-channel customer-conversation platform built on official APIs, including a unified inbox, broadcasts, automations, an AI voice agent and analytics. We may update, improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with the policies of the channels you connect — including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies, opt-in requirements and the 24-hour window. You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules to protect the platform and its users.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. WhatsApp conversation fees are passed through at the provider’s cost with no markup; the optional AI voice agent is billed per connected minute from a prepaid wallet. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, effective per your plan terms.
Intellectual property and your data
We retain all rights to the platform and our trademarks. You retain all rights to your data and content, and grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate as set out in your plan. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will make your data available for export for a limited period. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order, and disputes are subject to its courts.
